ACH Debit (US only)/Pre-Authorized Debit (Canada only) is a convenient way to pay your monthly invoices as it enables you to give us permission to take your payments directly from your bank account.
ACH Debit/Pre-Authorized Debit is available for most customers who pay their invoice on a monthly basis.
You can set up and manage your ACH Debit/Pre-Authorized Debit on the Payment Methods page in your portal (USA/Canada only). For maximum efficiency, the end-to-end set up process is paperless and automated.

The online process is only available to customers in the USA and Canada. It will be rolled out to other countries in the near future. If you would like to set up a direct payment, you can contact your centre team for more information and they can assist you directly.
