How do I amend or cancel a booking? (mobile app)

On the app, all future bookings can be reviewed in the Manage bookings section. Please note that changes are subject to cancellation policy.

If a customer wishes to cancel their meeting room, videoconferencing or day office booking, please be aware of the policy:
• 1-10 people: Full refund if cancelled 5 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if less than 5 days
• 11-20 people: Full refund if cancelled 10 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if less than 10 days
• 21+ people: Full refund if cancelled 20 or more days in advance. No refund/credits if less than 20 days
• For future bookings cancelled within two hours of making the booking, no cancellation fee will apply
