To terminate your agreement you can either:
- Click on the I do not want to renew link in the courtesy email sent before your upcoming renewal; or
- Log directly into your online portal and click on End Agreement in the Accounts section.
If you choose to terminate your agreement in the online portal please note:
- You must make sure you’re in the correct account [you can check this in the Accounts section].
- You must be the Admin of your account.
Once you have successfully terminated your agreement, you will then have the option to request your retainer refund (through the same Accounts section of your online account).
